Product Return and Exchange Policies
We always hope that you are satisfied with our pieces, but if at anytime you aren’t, you can always return or exchange them.
1. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
A. We only accept returns of products that were not on sale, unless a product was defective or damaged or the wrong product was shipped. Purchases made using a percentage-off discount in excess of 15% (i.e. 20% off) will not be permitted for return/exchange.
B. You have 14 days from the date the order was delivered to return a product, even if it is damaged or the wrong item. Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
C. If you're returning a product for any reason, the returned product must be in its original condition free from any wear, tear, washing, damage, or alterations. This includes but is not limited to perfumes, odors, animal hair, stains of any kind (i.e. makeup/deodorant), missing tags (if applicable).
D. If you have received a wrong or damaged item please email us immediately at email@example.com

2. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any returns in transit, so you may wish to ensure your shipment.
3. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise in satisfactory condition and should be credited back to the billing method you used to pay, usually within 7-14 business days. Once a refund request is processed we cannot reverse it, even if your credit card is no longer active.
4. We will notify you if goods are returned to us that are not in their original and undamaged condition (including damage during shipment back to us). In that event, you can choose to have the item sent back to you upon your payment of shipping costs. Otherwise, we may discard the item within 10 days of receiving it and you will not receive a refund.
5. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, your only remedy is to return the product for a refund or exchange following our policies in this section.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please email us first.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may want to purchase tracking or insurance on your package as we are not responsible for lost/damaged shipments.
